Comprehensive frameworks outlining job roles, competencies and training requirements for healthcare and social service professionals in Singapore.

The Skills Framework for Healthcare [PDF, 8.5 MB] documents the job roles, associated competencies and training programmes for Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Nurses, Pharmacy Technicians and Patient Service Associates. It was jointly developed by MOH, SkillsFuture Singapore and Workforce Singapore, in collaboration with practitioners, employers, unions, professional associations, and education and training providers.

The Skills Framework for Clinical Psychologists and Medical Social Workers are available in the Skills Framework for Social Service [PDF, 2.6 MB].
