Practice Guide for Tiered Care Model for Mental Health

Guidelines for service providers providing mental health services.

The Interagency Taskforce on Mental Health and Well-being developed the National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy in October 2023. Under this strategy, a Tiered Care Model has been implemented together with a practice guide for mental health service providers across different sectors. ​

This practice guide spells out the broad requirements for providing mental health services. Service providers are expected to adhere to this guide.
