Guidelines for dental implant treatment in toothless patients.

These copies of the Summary Card and the full guidelines are edited versions of the hard copies that were sent to dentists. The changes are to include subsection headings to the recommendations in the Loading Chapter in the Executive Summary of the guidelines and the Summary Card.
